"I am obsessed about nutrition and wellness. For the past 3 years, I have been coaching several women in their journey to understand and redefine themselves as it relates to nutrition and wellness and the results have been rewarding and fulfilling.
My program has helped many women see results such as… improvement in overall quality of life, less stress, better sleep patterns and a balanced lifestyle resulting in weight loss and staying fit and gain confidence around food, learn to plan food with out calorie counting, freedom from emotional eating, build trust back with self.
It is not just nutrition that keeps me going. I am disciplined in doing strength training 3 days a week and make it a practice to prioritise my time between family, work and friends. During my free time, I like to explore new places.
On the personal front, I am married and mother to 2 daughters, aged 20 and 15. Being a busy mom, I understand how difficult it is to take care of your health and challenges around eating properly and being fit.
