Meet your coach - Sushma!

"I am obsessed about nutrition and wellness. For the past 3 years, I have been coaching several women in their journey to understand and redefine themselves as it relates to nutrition and wellness and the results have been rewarding and fulfilling.

My program has helped many women see results such as… improvement in overall quality of life, less stress, better sleep patterns and a balanced lifestyle resulting in weight loss and staying fit and gain confidence around food, learn to plan food with out calorie counting, freedom from emotional eating, build trust back with self.

 

It is not just nutrition that keeps me going. I am disciplined in doing strength training 3 days a week and make it a practice to prioritise my time between family, work and friends. During my free time, I like to explore new places. 

 

On the personal front, I am married and mother to 2 daughters, aged 20 and 15.  Being a busy mom, I understand how difficult it is to take care of your health and challenges around eating properly and being fit. I had been vigorously trying to drop a few kgs before my wedding and to no avail.  Consistent workouts, diets did not help me reach my goal.  And then I began my program with Sushma, and the tables began to turn finally.  Weighing a staggering 75 kgs in March, my present picture at just 65.3 kgs is testimony to how far I have come.  I have worked with a number of trainers and nutritionists, but the ease I felt with Sushma is unmatched.  Her customized diet plans, consistent weight and diet tracking, workout routines, meticulous monitoring and being accessible 24x7 are what make her class apart from the rest. I had borderline PCOS, bloating, D3 deficiency, was very lethargic and found it extremely hard to lose weight. To have a certified nutritionist like Sushma, educate me on what my milestones should be were very crucial in helping me to be motivated.  Even on days when I did not send her an update, she would make sure she reached out to me.  That dedication and punctuality is what kept me going as I needed that extra push and she was there to give it to me.  Losing 9.7 kgs in 5 months is no mean feat and I owe it to Sushma.  I started the program with the aim to lose a few kgs, but it has now turned into a lifestyle routine and I am better physically and mentally and I couldn’t be happier!  Thank You Sushma for being there and helping me reach my goal and beyond!
